Chris has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently or with a team, and is able to effectively multi task to ensure that all project were completed in a timely manner all while keeping the children safe. As an Assistant to the Department Chair at the Sullivan, Mr. O’Toole took on a variety of projects and retained a wealth of experience that he used to spring board him into a very competitive internship with Shaw Contract Group. As an employee, he too worked with confidence in what he was doing no matter how hard the task. I first met Chris when he first entered the Interior Design program at Sullivan University. He was assigned as my student mentee during the IIDA Student Mentoring event. I had the pleasure of taking Chris on my appointments and introducing him to many of our commercial Interior Design firms, during our mentoring day. Unlike other students I have mentored, he confidently approached many of the designers, before I even had the chance to make an introduction. I first met Chris a few years back when he was filling in for the Shaw Contract Carpet rep while she was on maternity leave.
